Lady Red Devils Triumph in Slam Dunk Tournament
The Peekskill Girls Varsity Basketball Team was victorious at the County Center over the holiday break. The Lady Red Devils defeated Albertus Magnus in the finals by a score of 56 to 40. According to MSG Varsity,
“In a rematch of last year’s Section 1 championship game, Lanay Rodney posted 20 points, four steals and four rebounds to take home the Slam Dunk tournament MVP. Tiarra Dillard added 10 points, Morgan Beechum and Nyrie Holliman each had seven points and Adrianne Jackson had five points, eight rebounds and two steals.” See more photos at MSG Varsity!
